I can’t believe we’re already in the 11th month of the year—time truly flies! It has been such a joy and privilege to serve as Treasurer and to be part of this wonderful ICEA family. I’m deeply grateful for each board member I’ve met and for the dedication, heart, and inspiration that everyone brings to this organization.

This month has been especially exciting with Debbie Young and Boni Katz’s amazing trip to Kyrgyzstan! They had the opportunity to meet local doulas, hold a wonderful workshop, and share their wisdom and warmth with our community. They also got to enjoy traditional Kyrgyz food—as well as a fun taste of Kyrgyz KFC! I hope their journey was filled with great memories and meaningful connections that will continue to inspire all of us.

It’s truly exciting to see all the great things happening—the ICEA scholarship winner will be announced soon, and I’m so thankful to be part of a team that keeps growing, learning, and making a difference together. I’m also so excited to see everyone soon at our Board Meeting in Salt Lake City!
