Continuing Education Credits
ICEA Continuing Education Credits
ICEA anticipates offering at least 24 Continuing Education (CE) credits in connection with the 2026 conference. These credits will primarily be earned through live, in-person sessions, with additional CE-eligible webinars planned to supplement the conference.
Programming is still in development, and CE totals may increase. Updates will be posted as sessions are finalized.

Notification Process if Event is Canceled by ICEA:
If the in-person conference is cancelled, ICEA will contact participants via email and refund paid registration fees.
Conference Cancellation Policy
Waiver of Liability
The undersigned, in consideration of registration at the ICEA Conference, releases, holds harmless and discharges the association, management staff and their agents, from any and all actions, claims and demands which may arise out of an accident, casualty or occurrence during said conference. Your signature below acknowledges acceptance of these provisions of registration for all those listed on this form.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, please see the cancellation policy and refund schedule below for deadlines.
Cancellations
Cancellations and requests for refunds for registrations should be sent to director@icea.org.
After your registration cancellation request has been processed, you are responsible for contacting the hotel and making changes to any reservations and other travel arrangements.
Refund Schedule
- Request received on or before August 31: Full refund minus $25 processing fee.
- Request received between September 1 and October 15: Refund is 50% of the registration fee.
- October 16: No refunds after this date.
