As the owner of Hip to Heart®, a successful birth and postpartum doula agency based in Boston, she has spent years supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition while mentoring doulas in building sustainable and impactful careers.

Jodi is a Postpartum Doula and Lactation Educator trainer and the creator of the Birth Boss® educational series, which provides business and professional development resources for birth workers. She is also the founder of Birth Boss Society, an online membership community designed to help perinatal professionals grow successful, purpose-driven businesses. In addition, she hosts the Birth Boss CEO Summit, a live event focused exclusively on helping birth professionals develop multiple income streams, strengthen their leadership skills, and expand their impact within the perinatal field.

As host of the popular Birth Boss Podcast, Jodi shares practical strategies, inspiration, and expert insights for doulas and other birth professionals seeking to grow their businesses while staying connected to their passion for supporting families.

Jodi lives with her incredible husband, their three amazing daughters—two of whom were born at home—and their beloved two cats and dog. She is passionate about empowering birth workers to create fulfilling careers while making a lasting difference in the lives of the families they serve.
