How can it possibly be December? And where did 2025 go? I am a person with a talent for being late (all my kids were born at or past 42 weeks), and that accounts for my amazement that the year is almost over!

Even this letter is late. It was due Tuesday, and now on Friday, I am finally getting it finished. Sorry to our “Home Office” for that delay!

Are you the kind of person who keeps a calendar that you actually follow? That is my goal for 2026. If you have a lot of balls in the air, like I do, you know that it is a chore sometimes. I finally hired a virtual assistant to help keep me on track in my business. What a blessing. How do you keep track of everything you do?

Birth work, including childbirth education, birth doula, postpartum doula, and training for all three, is my “heart work,” so I continue to try to keep all the balls in the air. My virtual assistant (VA) does a good job of helping me keep my head above water in my personal business.

Oh, and Christmas cards and shopping??? Not sure those are going to get done. But enough of my rambling! I do want to wish all of you a very wonderful holiday/Christmas season, and hope you can take some time to be unbusy! That is my goal.

With that in mind, our Home Office will be closed from December 24th through January 1st. They will see you in the New Year!
