Maranda Bower is a biological scientist, researcher, and founder of Postpartum University®—a global company revolutionizing postpartum care and wellness through functional nutrition and integrative health education.
As a bestselling author and maternal health expert, Maranda has spent over 15 years immersed in the science of postpartum physiology, specializing in perinatal mental health and nutrition. Her proprietary postpartum recovery framework has supported thousands of women and now serves as the foundation for the only accredited functional Postpartum Nutrition Certification program for professionals.
Maranda is an internationally recognized speaker who has presented at conferences including the Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH), the Microbirth Conference, Wellbabing, midwifery conferences, and universities globally. Her work bridges clinical practice with rigorous research to challenge the fragmented approach to maternal mental health and equip providers with comprehensive, whole-body care strategies.
